I use a combination of Paint Tool SAI and GIMP to do my responses. SAI is used for drawing out and coloring in separate frames and GIMP is there simply to piece it all together. If you want to know the entire animation process with GIMP I have a response to that here.

Also, thanks again!! I haven’t done much here in a while due to school and a lack of motivation, but it’s great to know people still enjoy what I do have up <3)
